$1,000 for Oregon High School Students


Five awards of $1 ,000 are available through the annual Cascade Policy Essay Competition. Based on an essay, the topic changes yearly. Private, public and homeschooled students are all encouraged to enter. All high-school age students are eligible to apply, not just college­
bound seniors.
