Money for Non-Commissioned Officers Association Members


The Non-Commissioned Officers Association offers a variety of programs to its members and their children. Of particular interest is the Betsy Ross Educational Fund, which awards $250 to members who wish to take classes to improve their job skills. Other scholarships are available to spouses and children of members.
